Processing & Handling

  • We aim to post all orders on the next business day.

  • Please note that this is not always guaranteed, and processing times may vary, especially during busy periods or around bank holidays.

Delivery Times

  • Our standard shipping service with Evri or Royal Mail has a delivery aim of 2-4 business days from the time of dispatch.

  • Delivery times may be subject to change due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Important Notes

  • Bank Holidays: Please be aware that shipping may be affected by bank holidays in the UK. Orders placed on or just before a bank holiday may experience a slight delay.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track your parcel's progress on the Evri website or Royal Mail website.
